"To be the best that we can be"

6th April

Hi year 6!

Happy 'official' Easter holidays! We hope you are safe and well and keeping yourselves occupied. To keep some routine to your days, you should have completed the work we set you in your SATS revision books and then moved on to the 10-4-10 resources for the Easter holidays. Yes, that means 10 minutes of maths, reading and grammar a day for the Easter holidays! We can imagine some of you rolling your eyes at us already surprise It is not the end of the world if you or your parents have different plans; but ultimately, when we are back in school, you need to be able to ease back in smoothly without worrying about the work. We have also got some work on Purple Mash and it has been nice to see some of you accessing that.

We are all okay - Charlie and Jack have both had chickenpox so Mrs Baron has been busy crying

Maxwell is enjoying being at home with Mrs Pearson and made the most of some sunshine, playing in the garden. Hattie is enjoying her time at home but she's missing her friends. She is 'sometimes' doing her work but Maxwell absolutely does not want to do anything involving writing!

We will be getting some more activities organised for you in the next couple of weeks so please keep an eye on our web pages. We miss you a lot and hope to see you all safe and well very soon. If you have any pictures, work or photos to share with us, please send them to our email addresses.

Take care,

Mrs Baron and Mrs Pearson, Mrs Stowell and Mrs Duckworth x
