Over the last five weeks Maddison, Daniel, Harley, Shelby, Callum and Leighton have enjoyed taking part in a Let's Get Cooking Club. The club which follows the Tesco 'Happy Eat project' aims to get the children thinking about healthy food choices, trying new foods and gives them practical cooking experience. The children all learnt about food hygiene and handling and got to grips with safe chopping techniques including the claw and the bridge. The children made a range of food including: fruit kebabs, scrambled eggs, omelette, vegetable chow mein and mushroom stroganoff.
