"To be the best that we can be"

Wednesday 27th January

Wednesday 27th January

Phonics (To read and write words with the sound ‘ng’)

Today’s phonics lesson will be on zoom at 10.30am. In this lesson, I will recap the sounds and words from the previous lessons and focus on the special friend ‘ng’. We will be reading the green words: sing, bang and wing. We will then have a go at writing some of these words and finish with writing a simple sentence. You will need to have a pencil and some paper with you. If you could draw five lines across the paper this will help your child when they are writing the sentences.

If you cannot join us for the zoom session, please practise reading and writing the words in the portfolio section titled ‘Writing Words’
