"To be the best that we can be"

Week Beginning 18th May

Hello again Class 7,

I hope you are all well and are still having fun at home. At school last Thursday, we all completed a Science experiment where we cut a rainbow shape out of a sheet of Kitchen Roll, coloured both ends using the colours of the rainbow and placed both ends in tubs of water. What do you think happened? I will upload some photos this week to show the results. It was very exciting. Why don't you try this at home too?

This week, my two cats, Andy and Serena, have been getting a little fed up of being in Lock-down with us and have taken to staring out of the window so I thought they needed some fresh air. Andy loved being taken for a walk down our lane in my daughter's backpack but then he is a very lazy cat!

I have also been baking quite a bit and this week I baked some more scones. I know some of you are baking at home too. I would love to see some photos of anything you have cooked or baked at home. Check out the simple recipes under the 'Fun Challenges' section of this class page.
