"To be the best that we can be"

Week beginning the 8th June

 Hello Class 11,

Miss Astin and I want to begin by saying how impressed we are with your approach towards everything – these are particularly strange times. From those of you I have heard from, it has been lovely just to receive a message from you and your photos have been amazing. They certainly make me smile and brighten up my day. I am only an email away so if you do want to contact me, please do.

Your new work packs are now ready and you can pick them up from school or on our class page (home learning link). Alongside this, you will find lots of exciting activities on Purple Mash and your weekly quiz is on music.

A TTRockstars battle has started between Class 11 and Class 12 again – let’s see if we can become champions.

I have been busy writing your reports with the help of Tess of course. She’s taken to jumping on my back and observing everything I type (as you can see in the picture). She has grown and doesn’t stop running around – even I don’t have her energy. Also, Mrs Baron and I keep exchanging books as my book shelf is running low.

I would love to hear from you so please don’t hesitate to send me an email or advise me on any book recommendations you have!

My email address is:

Missing you all lots,

Mrs Jones x
