Self belief and resilience are key for our children to succeed. Having a growth mindset to equip the children with challenges they may face will help them 'bounce back'. Having the ability to overcome disappoint and failure will increase engagement and motivation.
At Ightenhill, we invest in the idea of Growth Mindset, we know our children need to be resilient. Staff and children have benefited from workshops and training with 'Grow Your Mindset UK' and continue to benefit with their ongoing support.
