These lessons explore different strategies children can use to help them manage their mental health and emotional wellbeing during this challenging period. The lessons help pupils to develop their understanding of different feelings and to reflect on how they can support their own and others’ mental health.

Youth Sport Trust
The Youth Sport Trust has created a range of resources to support young people now, but also prepare them for when they eventually return to school. They have created an ‘Active in Mind’ poster to download and fill in and worked with their Athlete Mentors to produce videos for supporting and managing mental health.
