Be Bright Be Seen

We have been learning about how to keep safe whilst walking during these dark mornings and evenings.

Classes are investigating what is meant by fluorescent and reflective materials and how they work if light shines upon them.

Everyone is then going to create their own reflective tags to add to their coats.

Anti-Bullying Week and Odd Sock Day

The children have worked hard this week and looked at how we can stop bullying. We have thought about the message of one kind word and how we can spread kindness.

Cooking Club

Cooking club has new members who are enjoying trying out some new recipes. Check out the new delicious recipes below!

Cooking Club

Cooking club is running again this year and the children are enjoying trying lots of new recipes.  All of the recipes that we use can be found at the bottom of this page. Enjoy and let's get cooking!

Each week children and their parents take part in a Let's Get Cooking Club with Mrs Wilkinson and Miss Slater. The club is now funded through school following the closure of  the Children's Food Trust.  The club still uses the healthy, child friendly recipes from Tesco and focuses on what food we need to be healthy and how to prepare it safely.

Each week the recipes we have used will be added to our website. If you would like to find more recipes or hints and tips about cooking with children take a look at their website.
